Orsino garlic can be used in different ways even if, usually, its use is limited to the culinary environment and to that of the skin beauty: the bulb can be used, after being properly chopped, to season sauces, pasta, soups, potatoes in green, minestrone, omelettes, fish and cous cous, giving these dishes a different flavor and more flavored than they would have with the use of common garlic.
The leaves and flowers, minced and added to natural or spring water, can be used for excellent infusions, tasty liqueurs or for tonics and beauty creams; both, finely chopped and used cold from the refrigerator, can be combined with yogurt to create an effective soothing anti-rash mask.
