Paper flowers execution: EXECUTION OF PAPER FLOWERS

Once all the tools have been procured, making paper flowers is really child's play, you can make different types of flowers, different in shape, color and size.
The easiest flower to make is the crepe paper rose.
It starts from the star, take the wire or any other material available, and with the green adhesive tape you start to roll it along its entire length starting from the bottom. If you don't have adhesive tape, you can use green crepe paper and some glue. Cut two strips of green paper, put a few glue spots and roll it along the entire length of the stem; it is advisable to do this twice, so that the stem takes consistency. Once the lining of the stem is finished, it can be embellished by placing a few leaves. The leaflets are made in a very simple way, it is necessary to take the crepe paper of the same color as the stem, cut some leaflets, if the work is difficult it is advisable to take some real leaves and cut the shape from the original, once the leaflet is made it must be applied to the stem with some adhesive tape or a little glue.
To make the rose, start from the petals, take the crepe paper of the color you prefer, cut slightly rounded shapes that recall the shape of a petal, the greater the number of petals, the greater the size of the rose. Once all the petals have been cut, the crepe paper being very flexible and easy to work, gives the petals a shape, starts from the upper side and spreads slightly with the fingers, pulling the extreme part to create the curl, it is advisable to bending the petals slightly upwards, if the work is difficult you can use a pen or a pencil, roll up the upper part around it, hold for what second and remove it. Once all the petals have been created, the rose is assembled, take one petal at a time and keeping the base closed and close to the end of the stem, roll up all the petals, proceed until you get a kind of flower, close the work with possibly green adhesive tape. Once the operation is completed, a shape must be given, with the hands one must try to enlarge the rose as much as possible.
With different techniques it is possible to perform many other flowers, of different shapes and different materials, for example using recycled paper.
The execution of the stem is always the same, only the execution of the flower changes. Take recycled paper, such as the disused gift package paper, or possibly rectangular newspaper sheets. Get the sheet folded in half, cut a strip of a few centimeters from the side of the fold so as to obtain two sheets of the same size, this made it necessary to fold the two sheets like an accordion, that is to say the folds of a few centimeters first to the starboard and then to the reverse , after this operation, the end must be cut giving a slightly pointed shape; with the previously cut strip, tie the folded paper in half, weld well with a couple of knots and very gently open the flower, moving the two sheets away; in the end it is necessary to weld everything on both ends. The same technique allows different types of flowers to be made, in fact if you cut the rounded end rather than pointed, you will get a different flower.
